As a Transaction Manager with Global Healthcare Services (GHS), Mr. Mukes works with health systems to develop and implement real estate strategies and collaborate with brokers throughout the Americas.

During his tenure with GHS, Mr. Mukes has worked with top health system’s corporate real estate staff to develop strategies to increase revenue, reduce cost and implement asset monetization. This would help free up capital fueling additional hospital system initiatives. In addition to managing transactions in multiple regions with over 10 million square feet, he has worked with various regions to implement new healthcare strategies for Ambulatory Service Center initiatives. Mr. Mukes assists the team with assignments related to landlord rep, tenant rep, and investment sales services. Reviewing proposals, lease documents, offering memorandums and business development pitches help him ensure a smooth transaction process.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Mukes was a Senior Transaction Manager with CBRE where he worked with Baylor Scott & White’s - Health Texas Provider Network managing over one million square feet of real estate over multiple campuses. He worked with system leadership on new developments and integrated real estate portfolios during hospital system acquisitions.

With more than 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Mukes has worked with various clients in healthcare, retail and office sectors acquiring a depth of experiences provides him with a unique skill set to assist both landlord and tenant clients alike.
