PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Morriah manages the Global Healthcare Services (GHS) platform, overseeing the day-to-day operations including analyzing sales activities, revenue, expenses, forecasting and human resource management. With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Morriah has a full range of knowledge of processes and systems to make the GHS team run smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to her affiliation with Newmark. Morriah was the office and property manager for Healthcare Real Estate Advisors for two years. As office manager Morriah oversaw the company’s day-today activities, managed the sales team, handled research, prepared lease comparison analysis, created and edited commercial leases, purchase and sale greements. Morriah also managed 200,000 SF of office space in the Atlanta area which included handling maintenance requests, hiring vendors to service the properties and resolving tenant and lease-related issues.

NON-PROFIT/VOLUNTEER WORK

Morriah was the Secretary for Board of Directors for the local Atlanta non-profit Operation P.E.A.C.E for two years.
