Garth Hogan is the Executive Managing Director of Global Healthcare Services (GHS) at Newmark Knight Frank and along with his
partner, Todd Perman in Atlanta, is responsible for overseeing all of the healthcare real estate professionals within the company.

His 25 years of experience in advising health care systems, hospitals, investors and healthcare REITs in resolving complex real estate and compliance workouts is unmatched. Mr. Hogan was the Founder and President of Medical Realty Advisors (MRA). MRA was the leading medical real estate company in Southern California for the over 18 years. Mr. Hogan evolved the 1992 start up into a 3-million square foot leasing and management portfolio. He has sold over $1 billion in medical office buildings and hospitals and leased over $1 billion in gross lease value. 

As a team, Mr. Hogan and Mr. Perman have grown the Global Healthcare Services team to 80 members throughout the country, which consists of a fully integrated platform of brokers and consultants who specialize in healthcare capital markets, investment sales, landlord
and tenant representation. In 2013, GHS has sold over $500 million in medical office and hospital transactions and was awarded to perform the transaction management and advisory services for a 65-million square foot hospital and health system.
