PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Eric Murphy joined Newmark in 2016 as a Managing Director within Nemark’s Global Healthcare Services’ team. He provides portfolio strategy, site selection, data and analytics and other real estate advisory services for the team’s healthcare provider and investor clients. Eric has developed and implemented an approach and process, Healthcare 360, which leverages analytics, technology tools and industry data sets from different sources to help healthcare clients make informed real estate decisions.. Utilizing this platform, Eric is able to develop portfolio plans and location strategies for providers and investors, which creates seamless transition to project exection that enable operational and finanical benefits to the client.

Prior to joining Newmark, Eric spent two years with CBRE’s Occupier Services as part of the team for Strategy and Business Development within the Americas. His previous experience also includes a former role within Newmark’s Global Corporate Services, where he spent seven years in the Consuting group providing portfolio and site selection advisory services for Fortune 500 companies in various industry sectors including healthcare, financial services, technlogy, suopply chain and logistics, oil/gas and legal services.
