As an Associate Director on the Global Healthcare Services (GHS) team at Newmark Knight Frank, Bryan Walsh leads business development for Midwest markets with a concentration on U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets business. Global Healthcare Services is a specialized team that currently advises over 200 hospitals and has recently advised on over $2 billion in healthcare real estate transactions.

Mr. Walsh primarily works with physicians, provider groups, investors and developers to evaluate and execute on comprehensive real estate strategies. Having advised clients for over 8 years exclusively in the healthcare and medical office sector of the commercial real estate market, Mr. Walsh possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the many nuances that play a critical role within the specialized niche.

Utilizing Newmark Knight Frank’s full-service platform, Mr. Walsh and the GHS team are able to take a holistic approach in reviewing both operational and real estate objectives for their clients. Additionally, Mr. Walsh and the GHS team provide unique perspective and drive additional value through their deep understanding of the broader healthcare landscape and clinical drivers.
