$255M+ in MOB Transactions Closed in August 2020

Thirty-seven medical office building transactions closed in August, totaling over $255 million and 1.125 million square feet. Texas had the most medical office building transactions with seven (18.9% of total), followed by California with six sales (16.2% of total) and Georgia with four sales (10.8% of total). The average transaction size was $7.52 million. The largest transaction was the acquisition of a 98,700-square-foot building in Auburn, MA by Kayne Anderson for $50.250 million.
