Welcome David Ruggiero Managing Director - to the Global Healthcare Services team

Newmark is pleased to announce the recent hiring of David Ruggiero as managing director of the Global Healthcare Services (GHS) team. Ruggiero will be based out of Newmark’s Rutherford, New Jersey office, where he will work on strategic advisory, capital markets and asset and portfolio dispositions nationally. In his new position, he will help to drive and service Newmark’s GHS initiatives by working with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive real estate strategies.

With Ruggiero comes his 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate. In his career thus far, he has participated in more than $8.5 billion of real estate transactions in the healthcare, office, retail and multihousing sectors.

“The addition of David will support the growth of the GHS platform across a multitude of healthcarerelated initiatives,” said Todd Perman, executive managing director of Newmark’s GHS. “His diverse background will play a key role in anchoring the Northeast Healthcare market for our team and giving us a strong presence in New Jersey and New York City.”
